How do I make a return?Cūrātor does not accept returns. Due to the unique nature of our products, most are one-of-a-kind pieces, either handmade and/or vintage, please thoroughly inspect the images on the site and the product descriptions. In the case you receive an item that is not in the condition as shown in the photos, please email me at haydenphelps@cstudios.shop within 48 hours of delivery.

Do you accept artist submissions?Our team of curators are always looking for exceptional fine artists, craftsmen, and skilled artisans to add to our roster. Cūrātor's signature interiors are based on the handmade and the unique, we work with clients who are rooted in the same aesthetic. While we are not regularly reviewing new artists, you may send applications to our submissions email. Please read the following carefully before you consider submitting: Due to the large volume of submissions we receive, we cannot personally respond or offer you feedback unless we are interested in your work. All work must be submitted via email. Artists may submit a website or Instagram link which includes an updated CV and at least 10 hi-res images of recent work. Submissions may be sent to haydenphelps@cstudios.shop Please, no phone calls, follow-up emails, or drop-ins. If we are interested, we will contact you directly. Thank you.

When will my order ship?Orders with in-stock inventory will be fulfilled within 5-7 business days (excluding holidays). Large in-stock furniture items will ship in 2-4 weeks. Made to order items are made based on the lead times displayed on each product page which does not include shipment time. Please allow 2-4 weeks for shipping. For all types of orders, you will receive tracking information via email as soon as it's shipped.

How do I pay for my purchase?Cūrātor will send you an invoice which you may pay through bank transfer or credit card (a credit card fee will be added to the total of the order).

Can I modify or add items to an order that has been placed?If we have not shipped your original order, please place an additional order so that we can combine both shipments.
