SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are packaged with special care to protect your purchases. We do our best to ensure your purchases are packed with maximum protection. As far as we can, we use planet-friendly recycled packaging materials.
Our delivery cost may differ depending on your purchases' weight, size, and volume. Shipping is calculated based on the purchaser's location. We always choose the optimal shipping option for your purchases considering cost vs. time of delivery and specific conditions at your destination.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with delivery details once your order has been delivered to the courier including the tracking information.
Our couriers deliver from Monday to Friday during business hours. Kindly note that delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times. We cannot be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by any circumstances beyond the control of cūrātor.
RETURN POLICY
Cūrātor does not accept returns. Due to the unique nature of our products, most are one-of-a-kind pieces, either handmade and/or vintage, please thoroughly inspect the images on the site and the product descriptions.
In the case you receive an item that is not in the condition as shown in the photos, please email me at haydenphelps@cstudios.shop within 48 hours of delivery.
